Information submitted to Capital Region Generator Solutions ("CRGS") will be used for appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, service and installation updates, maintenance reminders, and sharing related content via SMS or email. SMS messages may include appointment times, technician arrival windows, service status, and details about the work scheduled at your property.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Capital Region Generator Solutions related to appointments, estimates, project updates, service and maintenance reminders, emergency service coordination, and promotions. Opting Out and Re-Enrolling
You can unenroll from the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number you receive messages from. After sending "STOP," you will be immediately unenrolled from SMS service and will no longer receive SMS messages from CRGS. To re-enroll in SMS reminders, resubmit the website form and confirm that you would like to receive SMS reminders. This form can be found here.
