Premier Maintenance Service
$299 (plus 8% tax)
- Everything in the Standard Maintenance Service
- Check for Proper Automatic Voltage Regulator Operation and Voltage Output
- Check for Proper Frequency Output
- Check for Proper Battery Charging Voltage
- Inspect, Clean and Treat Battery Terminals
- Check for Un-Cleared Error Messages
- Simulate Power Outage and Check for Proper Transfer Switch Operation (With Customer Approval)
Premier Yearly Service Contract
$549 (plus 8% tax)
- Everything in the Premier Maintenance Service
- Free 2nd inspection at about ½ way through the term to check:
- Engine start
- Battery condition and charge
- Uncleared error codes
- Waived Service Call Fees for Service/Trouble Calls
- Non-Warranty repair fees and repair costs are still applicable for parts and repairs taking longer than 1 hour.
- Waived service fee benefit applies to scheduled service calls only. Emergency fees still apply to Emergency calls, however the standard service fee of $175 is deducted from the total
- Priority status given to customers during widespread/prolonged power outages and significant service call volume.
- Premier yearly service contract customers are given call preference in order from the longest standing contact customer to the shortest – so the sooner your secure your spot on the list, the better.
Generac Mobile Link Remote Monitoring
$99 Wi-Fi /$149 Cellular (plus 8% tax)
- Only $49/$199 if combined with a Premier Yearly Service Contract.
- Remotely monitors generator status and performance with weekly status checks.
- Customer is notified if there is an error that requires a service call
- Customer is notified if a service is required before the next yearly interval due to extended run times
- Requires installation of Generac Mobile Link
- Newer models have Mobile Link integrated
- Older models can have Mobile Link added
- Contact us for a price quote on Mobile Link installation
- Installation labor/setup fees waived if combined with a Maintenance Service or Yearly Service Contract
