“So happy that a friend referred me to this company!!! After a different local company promised me the world and then totally botched my install and tried to take advantage of me, the generator then wouldn't work during a power outage. Left frustrated, a friend referred me to this company, who was responsive and understanding of my situation. They came out and quickly identified the problem, which turned out to be an error made by the first company that installed it. He ran a system test and everything ran great!!! He professionally pointed out a few things the original company did that were incorrect, showing me in the generator documents why it was wrong and explaining what was needed to do it right.
